Join us for a discussion on Anti-Racism in Calgary, facilitated by Cynthia Okafor and Adora Nwofor. Learn about different forms of racism, discuss interventions and actions that are available, and share stories about personal experiences and systemic issues. 

Adora Nwofor is a comedian and activist who recently helped to organize the local Women’s March. Cynthia Okafor has worked in the areas of Diversity and Anti-Racism since 2004. She’s worked with the Children’s Hospital, the Ethno-cultural Council  of Calgary, the African- Caribbean Community of Calgary and was one of the founding members of the African-Caribbean Coalition of Calgary.
