An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until November 25, 2020
During this mid-week class, we will work on strengthening the body and relaxing the mind. This gentle yoga class is for all body types, age groups, and experience levels. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in, mats are provided.
This workshop is open to women-identifying individuals only. No children in this workshop please.
