Interested in building important life skills and making lasting connections with your community? Join us every Monday at the Women’s Centre and learn ways to grow, make changes in your life, and take care of yourself while focusing on communication, self-confidence, personal reflection and whatever else that is important to you.
Carya is partnering with the Women’s Centre to bring you the Time to Grow program. Join us for this interactive workshop series occurring each week in-person.
This program is open to all women identifying folks.
