An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until February 23, 2022
Women’s Centre volunteers can prepare taxes for low-income women. Currently, only mail filing will be supported. While doing the taxes, volunteers provide information on how to access associated benefits such as:
- GST rebate
- Canada child tax benefits
- provincial child health benefits
- assistance with other forms
Walk-in sessions will be held on Wednesdays, February 16 & 23, 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Participants will be attended to on a first-come, first-serve basis.
