Simple Movements for Pain Prevention (Online)

Join us online to learn about simple movements you can do at home or work to prevent pain. The facilitator will share postures, stretches and movements to help our overall wellbeing while we still experience restrictions on our activities. Medical advice will not be provided; this workshop is simply informational.
