Join us weekly to learn about the practice of Qi Gong meditation using breathing, visualization, simple body movements and sound to help balance energy. This gentle moving meditation is a grounding practice that promotes focus, calmness and peace of mind. This practice is easy to learn and can be done by everyone, at any age and fitness level. It can be practiced standing, seated or even lying down. This workshop will be held weekly online via Zoom and is open to all who identify as women.
