Qi Gong Meditation Series (Online)

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until November 30, 2021
Join us online for this 8-part weekly series using breathing, visualization, simple body movements and sound to help balance energy. This gentle moving meditation is a grounding practice that promotes focus, calmness and peace of mind. This practice is easy to learn and can be done by everyone, at any age and fitness level. It can be practiced standing, seated or even lying down. This workshop will be held weekly on Tuesdays October 12-November 30, 6-7pm online via Zoom and is open to all who identify as women. Week 1 October 12: Introduction to Qi Gong
Week 2 October 19: Introduction to water and kidney system
Week 3 October 26: Introduction to wood and liver system
Week 4 November 2: Introduction to fire and heart system
Week 5 November 9: Introduction to earth and stomach system
Week 6 November 16: Introduction to metal and lung system
Week 7 November 30: General Qi Gong Practice *NO SESSION NOVEMBER 23*
