Cancelled – Yoga (Online)

This event has been cancelled for May 20 only. Yoga will continue as scheduled May 27. We invite you to join this weekly yoga class hosted by the Women’s Centre virtually. Perfect for all abilities. Participate in self-care. Focus on slowly moving into basic yoga postures while using your breath, which enables you to be present and mindful. You will leave the class with increased vitality and a fostered connection to yourself.

Yoga Waiver
Students with health problems or injuries are asked to discuss these with their doctors and instructor before attending class. If, at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any given time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
