Join us for a 6-week online series focused on mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is ‘paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, in a non-judgmental way’ – Jon Kabat-Zinn. Come and learn how to practice and integrate mindfulness in your daily life. We will engage in some simple breathing and movement exercises to help us develop a moment-to-moment awareness of our mind and body. This workshop will be held weekly on Tuesdays March 1 – April 5, 6-7pm online via Zoom and is open to all who identify as women. For more information, please email RSVP@womenscentrecalgary.org.
