An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until May 21, 2024

Meditation explores a variety of breathing, visualization, and mindfulness techniques. Promoting mental and physical rejuvenation, clarity, and relaxation! The variety of meditative tools available in this program will help participants find unique, healthy, and fun ways to cope with life stressors.  

 

This workshop will be held for 3 classes on May 7, 14, & 21st from 11am to 12pm. Online via Zoom and is open to all women identify Folks.
