Our garden has been lovingly cared for all spring and summer long – come and take a tour before the frost hits! Stick around after the tour for some tea, snacks and conversation. This will be the first of a series of socially distanced community events this fall. The tour will be held in-person at the Women’s Centre in the garden at the side of the building. Please enter through the front doors. Note: the event could be cancelled if provincial health circumstances change. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic child-minding will not be available during this event. If you have any questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cis and trans women welcome.
Due to health guidelines, we will be limiting the number of registrants in workshops and events so please let us know if you are unable to attend. In the Women’s Centre we ask that participants socially distance and wear a mask during events. We will have masks and hand sanitizer available. To maintain a healthy and safe community, we trust that each person will conduct a personal self-assessment before coming to the Centre. We ask that you do not attend the event if you have a fever (38C or 100F and up) or new or worsening cough. Unless related to a pre-existing condition, do not attend if you have sore throat, runny nose, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or abdominal pain, shortness of breath, if you have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days or if you have had contact with anyone with COVID-19.
